Normally I don’t link to third party tools, but this one is quite handy and quite free! Atidan Explorer for SharePoint is a tree-view control that displays your SharePoint site’s document library structure and content in the familiar explorer type view. This allows users to quickly scan for all documents on the SharePoint 2007 site and navigate through doc libraries using this flexible tree structure. This presents all doc libraries (and docs) in "an intuitive, collapsible, hierarchical format". Explorer for SharePoint will show your files and folders.
